Hey! We're Carla & Fred.
In 2022, we created Taozen to trigger a restructuring of our corrupted and unsustainable systems by first realigning the individual out of the patterns that allow those systems to exist. With the sacred medicines we serve at Taozen, our intention is that we all listen to the Earth's teachings so that we can remember how to walk with cooperation, intelligence and respect.

As nomads constantly travelling the world, we continuously learn from diverse traditions and cultures, bridging modern science with ancient wisdom to infuse Taozen’s wellness retreats and holistic experiences with the best of all worlds.

Taozen’s ceremonies are exclusively led by indigenous elders with over 30 years of experience, belonging to long-standing Amazonian lineages. We only collaborate with those who personally plant and prepare the medicines they serve, ensuring both safety and reciprocity with the Earth.
